Our New Neighbors
by Darwin Lives
There have been rumors for months. New kindred have moved into a farm house in Galt. At first no one paid any attention to the rumors of these unknown kindred. OK, at the time the city was under constant attack from the Sabbat, and Tyler Duran who had claimed that area as his had just died. Whatever the city had ignored the rumors. This last Saturday night a group went down to see who the kindred were. Before leaving, they were approached by the Toreador ghoul, Lee. When he declined to go with the group, he was ordered to stay here. He failed to obey those orders to his later pain (more on that later). The group, led by E-Gad and the Gangrel, went to Galt. Upon arriving and doing some recon, noted Lee approaching the house. While trying to stop him, he broke down the door to the farmhouse. This house it seems is the residence of a Gangrel who I will call Thomas. Thomas took exception to the invasion of his home and was joined by two garou in crinos form. After much discussion, the situation calmed down and there was much learned on both sides. Thomas is from the south and has allies from the Garou nation. It seems that he has learned to get along with them, something that certain people in this city have been unable and or unwilling to do. There is much we as a city could learn from him if only we had the patience to do so. Alas, not likely here. Thomas has claimed the Galt area and those wishing to pass through may do so, but don't plan on staying without his permission. He is old enough and strong enough to enforce it. Don't make yourself a future Darwin award

Books of Misery
by B. Guile
Misery is preparing for a war. A war between the Brujah and the Tremere Clans. A war that is one sided. But who's side...and who is right? Well it seems as though Seymour B. of Clan Brujah, has some books, and they arent his books, their the Tremere's books, or does Seymour have them? Many have reported that the books are in the posession of the Brujah, and has been confirmed by many. All the Tremere were trying to do was merely just find out where their property is. The Tremere interrogation had it's flaws...yes and it did happen in the Elysium, a big no-no by the Tremere...but who breached first? How did the Brujah get the books? And why weren't they giving them back? Misery martyrs the Brujah cause, and the weight of this burden is on her shoulders, cause remember the "...Brujah are always on the recieving end critique and speculation by everyone." Is Misery defending a thief? Is she holding out the information of the whereabouts of the books and is willing to go to war over it? I guess we'll see who goes down for this soon. Cause we all know that someone is going to.

I Just Hope
by Falstaff Jennings
I’m not naming names but I just hope that one of the votes for Dot Warner as Harpy was not a vote against the Toreador…and only indirectly for the Brave Dot Warner. It is well known that we Toreador are the only one of the original clans that was not cursed by Caine…but blessed. But I fear that there are some kindred who are jealous of our great beauty, talent, and social grace. And I must admit that it vexes me to see such mean spirited envy. Yes, I am sorely vexed. But please understand—I consider Dot Warner a close friend of mine and one of the few kindred I truly trust. She will make a fine Harpy. And Tyler Duran, another of Malkav’s children, was a friend of mine and taught me much of what I know about status. But I am also disappointed in the Revered Brujah Primogen, though she bears no apparent animosity toward the Toreador, she plainly cast an arbitrary and capricious vote for Brave Madam Warner that decided the outcome of the vote and caused a hullabaloo or rather…brouhaha. Please forgive me for being so blunt, but I believe the Revered Madam Misery’s vote was in…bad form. And I meant no besmirchment upon the Giovanni family when I asked for a clarification of the Don's recommendation. I have the utmost respect for Guido Giovanni. It’s just with all the rumors (in San Francisco and other cities) of anarchs overrunning Sacramento and of Camarilla protocols not being followed (I for one have not witnessed this) I wanted to make sure that only the Camarilla Primogen were voting for the Harpy—as it turned out they were. In conclusion, I would ask those of you who are jealous of the Toreador, especially those of you who are, sadly, particularly unattractive, rather than gnaw your bitterness like an old bone, try to be more like us. Well as close as you can get. And I know you’re wondering—Falstaff, Toreador Regent, Respected Childer of the Exalted Prince Jennings of San Francisco, who would you vote for as Harpy? I’d vote for Crazy Jane, if she were half the Harpy her childer was.

Holy Nosferatu Grenade
by Han Dogaude
Father Natasha was found in the back of the Elysium in the Soze Wing lying in a pool of his own blood. With a rosary silohuette burned into his hand...when investigators and the Prince arrived, they were able to determine that Father Natasha had some sort of religious vision and was struck with light and the blood spewed forth from his body orifices. The blood was quickly cleaned up by the investigators and Father Natasha was taken to safety...fortunately still alive.

A Prince's Leave
by Deadman Inc.
Rumors in the grapevine say that Recoil will be going on a vacation on the 23rd, 24th, and 25th. Appearently Recoil and sis, Dora, are taking a trip back to Toronto, when Recoil was asked about his vacation, "...ya, plan on hitting a Maple Leafs game or two...maybe a Raptors game and see Vince Carter...or just catch that WWF Event and snipe...err...say hi to a few old...dogs of mine."

Siegfried? Ze tigers? Where are ze tigers?
by Zookeeper
Fortunatly Siegfried and Roy, your precious tigers are safe...the White Tigers I refer too run the streets of downtown Sacramento and surrounding areas. Several rumors are that these animals are the gang members that make up this Sacramento nuissance. Why are they here, what is there purpose, other than to cause havoc in our streets or terrorizing the mortals. But the one thing that is most unnerving, there is documented proof that there is a Sacramento Kindred behind all this. Also, there is many different sources saying that the White Tigers are working in lieu with the "Brown Shirts". Rumor has it that the financier of the White Tigers is also responsible for the funding of these "Shirts", a gang responsible for attacks on several kindred of this city, and their havens, including Xavier Decosta, our scourge. But as the Tigers and Shirts numbers grow, how can we be safe knowing that someone in our very city is this said financier.

Rumors of Anarchy
by Prince Recoil
Ok this is some stupid sh*t. Have all of you people grown this bored with your unlives to start useless rumors? A few comments on a message board stating my beliefs, and y'all jump on it like stink on sh*t. No you f*cking morons, this city is not going anarch, just because I believe in it. Would you criticize someone that works at McDonalds cause their vegetarian? Would you fire a catholic cashier at a bookstore because they read about other religions? Answer: No. The Brujah that I ran with in my early days were anarchs...and I believe in their ways. But has it caused me to break any Camarilla laws? No. Some "revered Primogen" decides she wants to kick my sister out of a clan, a clan that is in her blood, cause she didnt want to spend the end of the world chanting shit she can't even comprehend. When the Brujah, as a whole, were told that if they did not want to take part, they did not have too? Wouldn't want Tre or Morgan deciding to goof off at a ritual and f*ck anything up would I? And tell me when a Primogen's word to an entire clan, is automatically overridden by a Primogens? What if some Brujah had f*cked up that ritual cause they were f*cking off? Where would you want to be if the world was about to end? Just ask yourself this. Clan Dora is hereby no more...that make you f*cks happy? Well good, here's the kicker though. Dora will sit with the Brujah. She will be Brujah. It's not the Primogen's decision on who you were embraced by. This goes for ANYONE who is "kicked" out of ANY clan. If Misery decides not to be accountable for Dora than so be it. But Dora is still Brujah, nothing can change that. And by the way, anarchs are still welcome in this city. And they will abide by the laws of the Camarilla while in our city or they will be killed...brothers or not. You all want me to show a tighter strictness on Camarilla laws...then so be it...if you don't like it...tough sh*t...move or vote me out, either way I dont give a rat's a** what seat I sit in tommorrow. But as long as I am in this seat...my word, in conjuction with Camarilla laws...is final.

Progeny!
by Guido Giovanni
There happens to be or been {according to your information source} a ten year old girl who was embraced. Residing in the city of Sacramento. Then there are the plethoras of caitiff in the city as well. What all have in common is that they did not ask to be embraced. But here they are. Are they to be destroyed? Are they to be run off? I say "NO". These poor bastards are not guilty of breaking the "Laws of Cain" and "The Six Traditions". Yet the might do so thus they must be taught through mentoring. These vampires if taught proper can be assets to the undead community. But hunt them down for being what they are only serving to increase the ranks of the Sabbat. Those that go Anarch will definitely have anti-Camarilla feelings, which will fester into a new wave of violence. By offering a helping hand through mentoring and opening up slots to allow them to be proven worthy will only help to bring further stability to the city. To allow a child vampire to exist is not a breech of the Masquerade but an opportunity to be a teacher. It is an opportunity to strengthen the loyalty of the caitiffs. For those that embrace children, THEY ARE TO BE HUNTED DOWN LIKE A DOG TO BE BUTCHERED SLOWLY!!!

An Open Letter to the City
by Wallace & Grommet
Last nights Harpy elections went badly. Damn ... people didn't know who they wanted to vote for! Where does Misery get off playing neutral until seeing Georgia (who would do a much better job than Dot) was in the lead by one? She just had to make it difficult. Come on. Why doesn't Misery believe Georgia can do a good job? It has to do with Dora owing a Major Boon to Georgia. On Georgia's first night int his city, Dora attempted to stake Erin Chase's sister. It also has to do with the fact that Georgia stood up to misery and Recoil in the matter of Mr. Frost. Yet again Dora was involved. What is wrong with protecting your clan members? I believe the Primogen needs to be informed before punishment is to be exacted. But that's old news. It's water under the bridge. At least it should be. But Misery is holding a grudge. I can see why the Nosferatu didn't vote for Georgia. Bad blood between those two clans. It's such a shame. Gangrel never even tried to listen to Georgia when she was asking for their support. But I digress. It's was rather immature for these people to abstain then jump in with a vote all of a sudden. The Brujah vote should not, therefore, even be counted. That is not how elections are held. Just because Gore can get away with it, doesn't mean Clan Brujah can. Come on, kindred. Get with the goddamn program!
