Impact of a Feather

Evening Edition VOLUME IV July 29th, 2000

Sacramento: Tickled by a Feather
by Anonymous
Princess Feather, of Clan Tremere, is finally off of the apron strings of the Camarilla. We got a chance to see Feather handle things on her own for the first time since the Soze/Kobeyashi scandal, where Archons were sent in to assist her in her dealings with them. And boy did we get a chance to...several breaches of The Masquerade took place last night...and well, that's Feathers territory...after consulting with what has now been deemed "The Book", several punishments were handed out including the dismissal of Keeper, T'Vree, for her assault of a Kindred and Dora Sinclair and her escapades with the Chase family. But what does this "Book" hold? Writings of an Elder? Instructions by some unknown influence? Or the Primogen's Decree. We may not know now, but it must be filled with information to save this city from the Sabbat, and their recent activities.

Atempted Staking Gone Bad
by Les B. Inn
It has been a obivious fact that there has been internal conflict in the Brujah clan. But Saturday when Dora Sinclair, of Clan Brujah, attacked Georgia Chase, of Clan Toreador, it raised some issues. When questioned about her relationship with Georgia she stated," I have no f**king problem with her...It's her ***damn sister I have a problem with." Saturday night after opening court Miss Sinclair attempted to stake Ms. Chase and then when she failed, she ran. It is unclear about her motives for attacking Ms. Chase, but it is belived to be for her dislike of her sister Erin Chase. At closing court when that matter was addressed Miss Sinclair yelled out,"If you didn't betray your clan maybe you'd have our support." Erin Chase has been known to associate with Clan Nosferatu and was trying to be accepted by the clan. One Nosferatu said," She ask to join our clan. But we declined to allow her in. We asked why she wanted to leave the Brujah clan she said that "...the clan sucked." Well now that Dora Sinclair most foolishly attacked Georgia she now owes Clan Toreador a minor boon that is recorded in the Harpy book. I'm sure Dora's brother is going to having something to say to her about this.

Egad, He's a Keeper...NOFF.
by Binky and the Pain
Well, T'Vree the Gargoyle, pulled a Kindred out a window, and lost her post as Keeper, and well, that left a post unassigned. Princess Feather named Egad, the Caitiff, the new keeper of the Elysium at closing court. Egad, once believed to be dead...mysteriously returned few weeks ago...and is now the Keeper of our Kindred Safe-If-The-Primogen-Like-You Haven.
Feather has got a grip, and an eye on the City, but how good a grip is it? And is she overlooking things?

The Keeper of the Elysium is respected, and rightfully so. So much more the disconcerting then, that a Gargoyle, Sacramento's current Keeper, met the assembled Kindred under his protection staked and nailed to the Elysium door. Incomprehensible lettering was etched into his chest, while a lamb was found dead at his feet, with a sword piercing its side, lodged into the floor. The Keeper had little to say on the matter, repressing most of the salient details of the attack, while newcomer Shale pawed the sword, currupting the scene, preventing any meaningful investigation from the city's Tremere; prince Feather was noticably upset. Meanwhile, as scholars note similarities between Martin Luther, the Law of Cain, and even John the Baptist, wiser Kindred have come to realize the truth about rivals far too long ignore...they're back.

Delorean Grey leaves City
by Anonymous
Delorean Grey has left the City of Sacramento. Some believe it was due to the accusations of Mr. Grey's Gun Smuggling business. Not many were aware of this moonlighting by Delorean until, Kine Mayor of Sacramento ordered Police to put out an All Points Bulletin for Mr. Grey. Mr. Grey did not leave the city without a kind gesture to the city he has called home...the mansion that Delorean lived in was donated to several hundred homeless people who shortly thereafter Mr. Grey's departure, moved into their new shelter. Good form, Delorean.

Practice, Practice, Practice.
by Sue Permottel

Several models attended, and Falstaff's hair was polluting the floor from him pulling it out...looks like alot of hard work is making Falstaff quite the grump...will his hard work pay off...the Shadow will keep you notified.
